@David Young I am not sure if they are hiring, but I briefly worked with this company during the weekends, but it didn't work out for me.

I don’t own vacation properties but I would think you’d have a lot in hiring somebody to clean and flip the property in between each vacationer.Either way the answer is in the numbers.

But if you buy something more turnkey that doesn't need a ton of work and the management is either fairly easy and straightforward or you hire a property manager for it, then that's plenty easy with a full-time job.

I'd like to hire an online accountant specializing in long term rentals across the nation. 

I was doing everything myself, but with personal things going on and my day job, sometimes it just makes more sense to hire things out so they get done faster.

Looking to hire a property management company and these are the fees they are proposing below.  

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

Long story short, about 4 years ago I got serious about investing in real estate and quitting my job and hired a local mentor for $5k to teach me how to wholesale. 

Some notes are better suited to pursue a short sale or deed in lieu, some are destined to be sold at auction some are more profitable as a performing note but an exit strategy should be put in place from the beginning.Unfortunately a good due diligence and strategy means nothing if you don't hire the right firm to handle your cases. 

@Jonathan R I agree,he has been there sometime,he might want to clean up but has no incentives so the option to hire a cleaning company or rent goes up,might just do it.
