I honestly haven't found the perfect software for real estate investors that is mostly automated AND gives a crystal clear picture of every single figure in the business.

I would also connect with an agent to send you comps to base the finishes off that(Maybe buy the agent a gas card for the work).

I've kicked myself too many times for worrying over a few bucks worth of mail after losing a deal due to trying to create a perfect list :-) 

Tesla is the huge one but don't forget that about many of the other companies adding a large amount of jobs such as Moca in Bastrop (400) Cangshan Cutlery Leaner (150), Ovivo in Hutto (120), Perfect Game in Lander (127).

I also recently got a credit card and use it for anything I have to buy now and then pay it off immediately so that I can start developing credit.
