Rob has an unsophisticated seller/lender, some little old lady with a junker property who needs to move on.

If anyone for one minute thinks they can talk there way out of this type of administrative hearing your sadly mistaken... those ladies will just smile at you and ring you up

Get a license and work with investors seeking run down properties in need of repair or find the little old lady who lost her husband 4 months ago, then you cab act ethically and legally.....that is if you aren't doing "net listings" in some shady way. 

On behalf of Quidos everywhere I'm offended by that lady's inappropriate characterization of us.

The hoarder that was also the crazy cat lady is probably the worst. (20 months later we're still working on that property but it hardly stinks at all anymore...)

She is an older lady and lives alone.

My typical guest is the guy who sold his house and has nowhere to go for 40 days or the guy who's installing a new production line at a local manufacturer and will be on site for 6 weeks and prefers a house over a hotel room or the lady whose kitchen caught fire and the insurance company is putting them up in a house for a month while the repairs are completed.
