Last time Midland, Houston etc I personally know investors got burned in commercial properties there.

You have no idea if its worth even what you are paying.For example, I loved an on-line auction house, but then I stopped by and saw that the back end of the house was gone, it had burned in a fire. 

Or if there is a structure and it burns down is it insured?  

I love your passion but make sure you keep that fire burning strong after burning the path of traditional education at such a young age. 

I dont want to be too aggressive and burn my fingers and get turned off.

I'm not a wholesaler so i don't know the ins and outs,  just saying.Hopefully, you know not to burn bridges with your former employers because you never know if you will need them again or have to do business with them.

Added to the Hazard Insurance Policy - this way if the property does burn down or something similar, we cannot take the insurance check and run.  

It took a lot longer and I was burned out by the time it was done.  

Let's not forget that, if you follow the @George Gammon method, you will also burn bellyfat like a BLOWTORCH.

Too easy to get burned from someone you've never worked for or even met in person before.
