One of the outlets in one of my units looks like this... as you can see, the thing that should be on the front where you can plug in is missing... does this look broken or is there something I can buy at home depot to put on the front before I install a cover plate?

(You didn’t get the ice cleared off the sidewalk, you didn’t notice the broken concrete, you forgot to mention the lead paint or the asbestos.) 90% of the time you’re sued (a number I just made up, so you know it’s good.) will be caused by an action or failure to act, not the property just sitting there.

That said, we have arrived at Travelers through working with a broker that does all the work of understanding what you want/need and then shopping it around for you to find the best insurance prices.I would highly recommend getting an insurance broken on your team and working with them to find you the best.Happy to share the few that we have if you are interested.
