I actually had to tell him he needs to drive to his local post office (a few blocks for him) and pay $3.25 for a certified mail service as this would be more cost effective.

just a few short blocks away is another part of this historic town, and the values drop quick....btw, my rental is in this 2nd area :wink:

If there are any breaks such as what this would cause, then they are not funding the C transaction and your deal goes down the drain anyway.

Considering it's probably a little more for installation in comparison with the cabinet, run a water line, route the drain line, it probably works out to about the same price if you shop around.

Hopefully at least the 2012 requirements get repealed, or that's going to be a huge paperwork and time drain on all of us small businesses and all of the vendors, especially the national ones!

The house is "winterized" with orange stickers on everything, anti-freeze in traps and the pipes drained.

But I have trained my mind to block out the need to reciprocate by purchasing their course, software, etc....

I have my vision of what I want to accomplish with this, I just need to start laying the block work.

Especially galvanized supply pipe and lead drain pipe.

Ive contacted as many mortgage brokers over there as I can find and all of them give flat out no on foreign nationals even though the deals I've looked at pay for themselves.Been looking at unit blocks with 5-10 units in them.
