If so, I'm pretty sure every county in Illinois has assigned property tax PIN or index numbers to each property.Therefore the agent selling the property should provide you those property ID PIN numbers.If the listing agent will not give you those tax ID numbers, that would be a red flag.With those tax ID numbers, you should be able to get a copy of the actual property tax bills and the breakdown for the assessed value of the property.and google specify $5kHow can Google specify the taxes as 5K?

If we sold it now without it being a 1031, I believe we'd be on the hook for a massive tax bill based on the low cost basis of the properties.

She finally got an appointment for Nov 16th 2021, so I told her let's leave for next year than because we would be leaving the country Oct 30th for the next 4 to 5 months and I don't want anyone in the apartment while we are not there ( Due to her taking few things from my fridge last year without my permission A champne gift my wife got it and running a portable small heater in the bathroom while we were out the light bill came to about $150 every month we were out last year yes that's correct She was leaving a portable small space heater running without anyone in the house.

Otherwise, use your big heart, give discounts and when you get hit with a huge bill for a roof, plumbing, or furnace you will find your tenants don't give a crap about you even after you discounted their rent for several years.
