What are the most important metrics ie( sleeping capacity, amenities, location, bath rooms)Where do you find short team occupancy rates for your market?

(New hinge on door, $99, Sealed garbage disposal line $99, repaired latch mechanism on laundry room $99, fixed faulty vent $99, Rehung blinds in den due to cracking $99, Replaced cracked molding around bathroom $99.)  

We did foundation repair plus a fully permitted interior remodel including new electrical panel replacement, additional new LED lighting, full new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring and baseboards, and new paint.

All new grey cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms, lovely marble look quartz countertops, beautiful back-splash, new stainless steel sink, new dishwasher, range and microwave.

I tried it once with a 5th wheel camper that had 3 beds, kitchen and bathroom. 

@Cassi JustizOk thanks, so essentially I need to build my egg of cash to invest and get the ball rolling, by increasing the EOM cash...paying off whatever else I can (cc debt free), so things like car, etc...Then I can play...

The lower part of the walls in the kitchen, living room and hallway have essentially turned dark grey from filth and debris is stuck on them.

My bank says I have the numbers to do it but essentially I’d be adding another 140k to my current mortgage. 100K to satisfy the second and 40k to invest. 

And there will be costs to make it ready for sale.If your'e inexperienced and not adding bathrooms or kitchens you will probably lose money on a loft conversion as an increase in value.
