The heat is hotter than a heat pump, and when the outside temps go below 32, the heat pump kicks in with back up resistance heat which is the same as electric baseboard, cheap to install but expensive to operate.

I have my lockbox hidden on site with a backup key (for each)if I need it.In some cases, I’ve actually gone so far as to removed the cylinder out of the non-locking knob.
