It can be a juggling act but as mentioned I have heard some inspirational stories of military members that have invested in real estate from afar.

It's an honor to be noticed and able to communicate with people like yourself who so hard working, successful and inspirational truly.

While working on project A, we had to keep current on tools, web standards and user interface changes. 

This morning I closed on my first investment property--a 3/2 SFR in the Houston area.I just wanted to say thanks to BiggerPockets for all the information and inspiration.

My buyer offered slightly more even though there were no other offers on the table yet, but stated it had to be accepted within 24 hours, and that solved the problem. while would a should a we all understand but this is quite common.. give them the time they need and this deal will go together.. its a legit excuse..
