The further you get away from the city out past Round Rock, the easier it is to find good deals but the harder it is to sell them after the flip. 

Make a deal, bust your butt and don’t screw it up...Do it once and it only gets easier..Having money is overrated.  

I was choosing to, in order to make the process easier for both of us.  

Technically, under this scenario, the vent does not appear to constitute a "structural" change, it may also not constitute a change to the exterior (it depends on what the HOA guidelines say), most of the time an exterior change has to do with adding/deleting doors, windows, and changing the  facade and color.

Very tricky.What might be easier is over 62 independent living with ramps, grab bars, etc.  

I always have an easier time working with someone who came to me with a strong recommendation from a friend.

Looking on paper, and compared to Austin, there are some what appears to be screaming deals on multi-family and even  SFH in the Killeen area.
