I'm assuming that you are looking for a undergrad degree, and if I were in your shoes, I'd focus on something more general that flexed your analytical/ problem solving muscles more than trained you to do something specific.

@Daniel McNulty "Buy Bitcoin" LOL, I totally understand, I almost got on the Bitcoin train; however, kind of old fashion on investment.

I'd get my kids involved because those damn spoiled brat's need some humility training (lol, kinda kidding, there great kids, but rather spoiled). 

I generally use it in markets we are going into to train and vet people that we are looking to send leads too or just partner with on deals in certain areas.  

Unless there is ample off street parking and you can convert it to a seperate unit.  

It takes two years to train a service animal.  

I have seen a lot or webinars and online courses that were created with the assumption that they will meet the needs and expectations of the participants.I want to provide useful online training but start a little different.

Most importantly, its not uncommon for the first property to be a head ache, a dud, just break even, or even a complete train wreck.
