Also if you did not treat your LLC as a separate entity (mixing of personal account, lack of proper documentation or filing, etc...) you may pierce the veil of the entity and it would be disregarded by the court.The outside protection varies between states.

Account Closed FYI, I was wrong the minimum commissions are 1% or 1.5% depending on the service you chose with them.https://www.redfin.com/disclaimerIf you were to chose a standard real estate agency the comparable service for Redfin real estate would be the 1.5% commission in Los Angeles the minimum is $10,000.Yes, you would still pay the buyers commission which in Los Angeles is typically 2.5%.

With the units far away from you and lack of experience that is very hard.What is concerning is that they are multi-units which require 30% down and the for the most part, in the beginning, the numbers should have worked or it should never have been purchased.

I would say downtown Indy is probably a little better and has a bit more to do, but KC has recently added the streetcar downtown and has a number of other cool neighborhoods that I felt Indy lacked

@Brian S.If it were me I would take out HELOCs on the properties so you have it if you need it and then once you use them use agency debt to refinance all the debt into 25 year debt, nonrecourse.
