Agree with @Kris Wong that it may not be necessary, but for my self-directed IRA I did create an LLC in Texas last year (in a rush).

I'll be handwriting & sending the letters in batches of 100 to save money & because I just don't want to rush the process.

They are retired and don't seem to be in a rush but I would love to hear what you guys think can help me with some ideas as to what options I can offer to the seller to maybe get this deal done and purchase my first home for me!

Does a contractor advise a different structural componet than is called for by an engineer?

I normally get there prior to rush hour though, just to avoid the traffic.

I no longer have to commute during rush hour.I have the freedom to spend lots of time with my wife and child/children.

I went to meetings to places where tourists don't go and I had no issues there either, apart from the fact that the traffic was crazy at rush hours.

I'm not sure it's an adrenaline rush, but it's close - I love spending hours online looking for properties, going out with my agent, doing re-fi's, reading up on the latest market trends, all of it.
