Even if your property is accurately priced (or even priced on the lower end), you're always going to attract lower offers.Buyers know they have leverage right now and buyer agents are persuading would-be buyers by telling them they can offer under asking price.These are ultimately your properties so only you know your holding costs and stresses of holding the properties.

As winter approached, we all know about all the phone calls we get from tenants that the heat is not heating up the apartment enough, not to mention the big percentage of them that when we come to check it out the windows are open< ,but I was looking for an accurate thermostat that I can carry around and get the accurate temperature to know what the temperature really is.

Assuming you could find a lender to make things work at 15% down, I think your PITI is fairly accurate around $3,200 however at that point you wont be cash flowing (or maybe even losing money) and it seems like you will be banking on appreciation which strikes me as very risky.So how do you get this deal done?
