Unless you were using the bridge loan to accomplish a reverse 1031 where your QI takes title to the new property with the bridge loan proceeds and holds it for you until your old property is sold.Maybe there's more to your scenario than I see?

Thanks for the feedback I will keep on learning This question comes across my desk on a daily basis.The answer is yes, but mostly no.You can accomplish a version of this using a brokerage that offers PM services.

There are two reasons I treat them like any other investor or money source: I never want to look back and think that the only reason I accomplished what I did is because my family gave me special deals.
