the Vegas convention were all those vendors in one spot was worth it.. for me the class's were to rudimentary to hold my attention.. the magazine has some good articles and advertising I still get it even though i am no longer a member.. the certification is worth nothing as us west coast folks we need a real license to lend not a paid for certification..

I have a friend that leaves in west Virginia and has presented me with an opportunity to purchase a multifamily unit in that area but I am not familiar with the area.

I know some of West Tampa areas as well if your looking at investing let me know and I’m on the ground everyday driving, looking and working on my rehabs.  

-Rough in top floor bathroom drain and vent lines with PVC-Pex piping for hot and cold water lines-Set bathtub along west wall -Tie into existing top floor piping for the following fixtures  - bathtub including tub and shower faucet on south wall  - toilet and vanityBasement-Once you walk into the basement, in the southwest corner there's some pipes-Fix 3 inch and half pipe tapping into 4 inch cast iron main drain

I have been looking through alot of areas spanning from fort Lauderdale through west palm, from the beach to the Everglades lol.

I just have to face the facts and either deal with a longer commute and move west or get a job in CT.

Appraisers will expand their radius and use comps within a mile of my house to the west (the neighborhood like mine) rather than pull comps from the swanky neighborhood that is just a few houses away from me on the east. 

Our family is looking to move to the west coast in the next few years. 

I am looking for recommendations for storm window installers in the Chicago or West Suburbs (Oak Park, etc.).
