My question is if I am able to buy this second property by putting around 5-10% down if I plan on living there for over a year?

I have no idea what this house needs so I am trying to be generous with my rehab costs.

I’ve done this method once before, but this time I’m a bit torn on the best approach.

Let me get this straight.

We’re eager to acquire our first rental property and are looking for any advice that could expedite this process.

I will explain below.First, let me state that I’m often guilty of exactly this thing.  

What I've been told is that it's unlikely assuming the owner of the LLC is the same name as the person on the original title etc...I'm not an expert here, but this has been my experience with the first few properties I've purchased. 

Another thing, I had no idea how to get some private lenders, because I don't have a well-known brand, so it's harder this way.

I have tried to find this info online with no success.
