I knew the lady next door was moving out.

To me this seems like you're either trying to convince someone you are doing the right thing or work for this company and want everyone to believe that everyones investments will be just as good.I'm not saying you shouldn't spread your success but I don't want to trick people into thinking any investment is all roses, especially cheap houses.

Monday I'll call up the lady/place and double check.

The story about my 38109 house; that tenant lived there for 6 years and was the sweetest lady in the world.

A lady I used to work with has asked me repeatedly over the last few years that if I ran across a place for about 850-900 per month would it be possible to rent to her.  

The lady I spoke with said that "they've stopped allowing that practice for some time", but then she said I should consult with an attorney to see what my options would be for setting up the transfer...??? 

I read a post yesterday where a lady indicated that was her process because of the competition in her city.

@Alex Kovalenko I recently bought a property from a little old lady who rented her property to someone who seemed like a nice person.

I know at lady in her 30's who got osteo-arthritis, I know a person in their late 40's who had a stroke.
