Hello Jesus,Be sure to pick up some good books to get started- any BP book, Gary Keller's MREI & MREA, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and any other suggested books you read about around the BP forums.The podcasts here are very informative too. 

We know investing isn't a get rich quick scheme but rather something that takes time and patience in order to build a great real estate portfolio.

@Rich Thomas, I am a local investor and Property Manager and have some holdings in Bristol.

The first thing I did was read every Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad) book I could get my hands on, plus all the books by his Rich Dad Advisors.

Ironically, cheap and greedy people rarely get wealthy, frugal and generous people do all the time, though being frugal and generous is no guarantee of it, it is a darn good place to start and stay IMO and has its own rewards well in addition to monetary riches.

I even use Skype and TeamViewer to communicate with clients so I'd highly recommend looking for one of the best with great references that interviews well with you.So look for someone you can connect with that works out for your situation.Feel free to ask here if you have questions

Read Rich Dad Poor Dad first and then plowed through almost all of his other books plus the books written by Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Advisors.

Garrett is a Rich Dad Advisor and, though the title sounds a little daunting, it's actually a really easy--and interesting--read that IMO was well worth the time!

If they are in bloom when you are selling, they will make the house look really "rich."
