Chapin I am curious as well on why not self storage around where you live when seems like there are many of same types of properties are within 1 to 2 hours of you.

Hello all,Just curious as to how everyone thinks the presidential election will effect home sales, if at all.

I know that people do buy, wholesale, flip, and hold single mobile home parks, I am just curious how that would work from a buy and hold perspective with lot rent since you would have to charge more then the lot rent and cover your debt service in order to cashflow. 

I’m very curious to what others are going advise.
