Since the market shifted a few years ago we have stopped buying and have put the portfolio on autopilot. 

Still, I like what they offer and think they are making a good job and know the market. 

I came across this BP thread listing the Top 10 Real Estate Markets for Cash Flow in 2024https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/best-real-estate-markets-...However, it didn't mention some of the markets I see talked about the most likeOhio and Tennessee etc  I don't see anyone talking about McAllen or Idessa Texas.What am I missing?

We actually arranged a trip to see other markets and we’re blown off.

I am not sure how much houses run around here right now in the current market I have been looking on realtor 200k-400k, I am looking for basically a cabin preferably a short distance from pigeon forge and gatlinburg.  

But each one of our plat we are prosecuting in that market is getting 6 to 10 offers on it from these top end new home builders..  

@Jenna Zebrowski for morale and marketing reasons, I would like to allow any animal that doesn't make me liable, within reason of course.

@Kaushik Sarkar at this point in the year, you are listing a home that is likely going to sell in August if you are not yet on the market.

I would appreciate any guidance on managing these types of financial partnerships and navigating a dynamic, competitive market.

The computer algorithms provided by Zillow, Rentometer, and others are good for reviewing a general market, but you shouldn't rely on them to evaluate a specific house.
