I personally see people from the Blue "high tax" states leaving.Where will they go? 

It’s really the last working class/blue collar area in LA County that’s on the waterfront. 

I love Dave Ramsey and have seen him help tons of typical blue collar 9-5 type people get a grip on their finances.I don’t like that you are trapped in a 9-5 following his advice.

Our newer IBM laptop performed the blue screen of death last night when my wife was trying to access the 2018 TaxWise s/w installed on it.

If the above two are true then I'd say your playing with Texas "Blue Sky" laws.  

Some were Los Angeles transplants looking for cheap(er) rent and some were just blue collar Craigslist randoms. 

Never read it but I have always thought that the likes of Kiyosaki and Suzy Orman have printed money for themselves and gotten an enormous following by telling people that the sky is often blue.
