I bought a primary residence last October that I planned on renting out come this October (next month) and would love some advice from more experienced folks on my next steps, because I came up with a few options. 

I live in Naperville, Illinois and looking to invest in Brrrr propertied within a 25 radius to include towns of Bolingbrook, Lombard, Wheaton, Villa Park, Elmhurst, North Aurora, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Downers grove, Westmont, Schaumburg & Carol Stream areas.I am in the process of building a team of real estate agents,  licensed rehabbers, real estate attorneys, property sourcing channel providers etc.I look forward to members to assist me on my journey.Thank youSuhael Ahmed

I recently bought two contiguous lots in Dyberry township with the intention of flipping them. 

I also call the local court system to see if anything is flagged on file. 

I’m planning to move to the OKC area in the summer of 2025 and was wondering if anyone here has invested in real estate either in the city or nearby, especially if you’ve also lived there.

First we lived in the ADU and the moved to the main house.The next house we buy we don't intend to house hack, unless it is some great deal.If you can house hack here, I would start here before going out of state.
