Another option is for the ones of us with more liquid assets and better credit to put in more and own a bigger piece of the LLC and be the "senior" partners, ie make all the decisions.

Im so far down on my list of options that Ive posted on craigslist for someone to partner with me to help me refi so I can wait until a (HOPEFULLY) better Spring market.

Can you find a partner to kick in another 30-40K?

I would not charge a fee for any kind of service animal for a handicapped renter and as Tim W mentioned, I wouldn't charge it for an officer with a K9 partner who rented from me.

I go with a partner and checking out the process on how to make a deal or "sell".. well I don't know yet the terms used. lol
