Not sure the size of your portfolio and if it is personal or you are managing for others, but if it is the latter (or you have a decent size portfolio) it might be worth while investing in that.  

Fix/Flipping has always caught my interest and I have read some books on it and watched a good number of online seminars on this topic.

Or do you want the steady cash flow with a little less headaches and just one person/family per unit to deal with?
