That's definitely HM, you can have an attorney review the terms for you also so understand whats the fee and rate structure - early payment penalty, etc.

The problem with researching them is they make fake reviews and have fake testimonials, so it's hard to tell what is real or fake.I was just wondering if any of these systems are proven and actually work.
