You don't by any chance know anyone that works in Mobile Homes do you?

There are a lot.of options from historic areas with huge homes, waterfront,  beaches, high end country club, to mobile homes, farm land and low end duplexes.

The only time I've needed a mobile notary was for an elderly lady in another state who didn't have access to the internet... long story so I won't get into that. 

I'm also in the Mobile area.

I'm on my mobile, otherwise, I'd dig them out for you.The best piece of advice is to find yourself both an accountant and attorney who are practiced in cross boarder business and real estate.  

Your calls from the signs will be all over the map because you didn't choose who saw your message - so you'll get people with mobile homes, and people who are upside down in their house, etc. etc.  

My first deal may be in the works, it's actually a combo of three different mobile homes, two in the same park and one in a different park.
