B and Lower you have wear and tear.I have almost never given a deposit back EVER in 3 decades of owning rentals.but I do suffer from burnt out landlord syndrome and am selling all my rentals and repositioning into investment grade partnerships and Debt.

Hello,I have a house I bought in March 22nd and rented it as lease to purchase.

I waited until march the bank responded with encounter they offered me, while I offered another encounter  the house went to sheriff sale , the bank bought the house less then I offered, and now i'm the first on the list to buy the propriety but they said they will add sheriff sale, attorney money... closing cost and if seller has any IRS amount , need to be paid.... al this is greatMy question is those charges for sheriff sale, attorney, closing cost and IRS payment .... do I have the right to see each payment detail ?

The entire time, my realtor is telling me closing will be next week, then next week, then end of March, etc.  

I quickly begin to work with Vendor B and after re-quoting, premium was the same, I felt we were good to go.

I let her move in the house in the middle of February for three hundred dollars with the agreement to pay the 700 hundred beginning of March.

You could offer discounts on the rent for March and April in exchange for doing work fixing up the place (in anticipation of new tenants).  

His client passed the application process, signed a 12 month lease in January and it is now march and his client is breaking his lease and refuses to pay (we have already sent demand letter and are moving to eviction process- we will end up with a judgment which we will sale at a later time).

I am one for future planning, not to put a temporary band aid on it for today.

I have other buyers in California and they definitely stick to B and A areas with properties over $60k.
