I would like to know the names of apps & sites which help investors to buy & analyze properties.

LOL  I like these new Jet share apps coming out.. this could be a game changer for many small size firms like us..

Otherwise, I do not use the app for things like maintenance, but from my dealings, it has been satisfactory.  

@Si Marlow welcome to BP for Northern NJ meetups you may want to check the events tab here on the site or use the meet up app, there are several great ones out there just try a bunch and see which meet up group fits your style.

All those areas are less than an hour to the city.We also used redfin as our app or choice for finding houses.

If they are looking to move "immediately" they they will most likely not even fill out the app completely and you can deny for "incomplete application" or something like that. 

I currently comingle my rental funds but use an advanced budgeting app so everything is tracked.

No communication, App would not work, people could not access their funds etc. 

Giant shoe box of receipts, I did see an app for i phone that scans and converts to pdf file.
