(2) I am no aware of a conventional lender who would underwrite an LLC.My suggestion would be to put the existing property into your personal name before the sale, buy the replacement properties under same name, and then consider changing the title to your LLC at a later date - you risk triggering the "due on sale" clause, though.

@Donna Ryngala Any attempt to circumvent owner occupancy agreements - which you will sign at closing - could set you up for a charge of mortgage fraud.I'm not the world's foremost expert on this, but I do believe that the new home must be your primary residence, including being your mailing address.Talk with your lender to be sure you understand the requirements.

My Private money lender is in limbo right now and im considering useing my CCs, this 4plex might go for 25K and i have a total of 50K combined CCs limit, Im considering buying the 4 plex on my CCs, This is for BRRRR but my questions are:Can i buy the house with my CCs in my name and Refi into 203K to get the rehab completed?
