One tenant works nights and I never see him, one tenant is shy and plays video games in his room or is gone and the 3rd dogsits for weeks at a time (i.e. she sleeps at the owner's house) so I rarely see her either.

Not real excited about having all my video accessed by Chinese servers though!

I have no investments currently, but I hope to change that within the next 12 months.I got turned on to real estate investing through a random youtube video, which led to discovering Bigger Pockets and a slew of other podcasts and video series, which in turn led me to a load of books on the subjects that I've been practically drowning in for the past couple months. 

Have listened to lots of podcasts, YouTube videos and read some articles on this real estate vehicle.
