I just got this from a friend to invest, something doesn’t add up I just can’t figure out what it is, this would be my first deal to invest in. I

But now, with people and firms like Stanley Druckenmiller and Blackrock getting in, not to mention the BILLIONS that Square, Paypal, and Grayscale are dumping in, I would guess that the chances of another strong bull market are high.

I think the question is whether they can still cash flow $700-$1000/month next year after being locked into that price.Occupancy seems way up since things opened back up after COVID and people are looking for vacations where they can drive and stay in.  I

However, getting paid back in $ is less likely to be a good long term buy and hold strategy. 

Chances are your $$ in is higher with closing costs and minor rehab so maybe all in for $90,000, making your roe lower.

That said, I'm not sure if there is a market that this happens more or less in. I

I know there has to be a lot of investors out there such as myself that have put in a lot of research and still can't put there finger on one let alone two areas to invest in. I
