Also, I have sufficient cash reserves to purchase more RE if the opportunity arises, and don't really have an immediate need for the equity in this property, and being generally risk-averse, I'm not likely to immediately reinvest the funds if I sell.

@Manasseh Arnold pretty much all lenders can originate VA loans, and I would personally focus more on finding a lender who understands investing over going with one of the groups that markets hard to the military (USAA, Navy Federal, etc).

@James Pignataro, sec 1031 is a federal statute so it is practiced the same in all states.

So multiple registrations and you will also have to pay a registered agent in the new state as well as the filing fees as a foreign entity.Taxation: The LLC will need to file a Federal tax return, Home State tax return and additional state tax returns for every state it does business in.
