Historic timbers can fetch a pretty penny and are very fashionable in some design circles. 

I hope to do 12 more this year for myself, in joint venture or in some fashion!

Seeing as you need to rehab the building it sounds as though you will be putting out a nice modern product.

Just start looking around and asking other investors and you should find the guys in your area who opperate in a similar fashion to how my company does things.....good luck.

We all started in some or fashion and needing that extra dollar.

In this case, you bought with so much equity that it seems you could put that money to use in much better fashion than to have it tied up in this property.

I work a regular FT job.I can easily retaliate with similar fashion and yell, scream vulgar playground talk, but that wont get either party no where.

What happened to building a portfolio the old fashioned way?

If you played down the modern in the staging and just went with size appropriate furnishings with simple clean lines I think your house would show better.
