Name one.There are a couple of examples on this thread.However, off the top of my head, it is advantageous for some people entering retirement to pay off their mortgages so they get a bigger share of the income.But as I said before, it is all subjective.

As for timing the market, I don't know too many people where that is a priority, there will never be a perfect time to enter.

I'm 99+% positive that your State RE Commission requires you to disclose the fact that you're a licensee.I'm Google sure that your state does not allow Net Listings, which is what wholesaling is.Took about 0.367 seconds on Google to find Texas RE rule:A broker may not enter into a net listing agreement unless the principal requires a net listing and the principal is clearly familiar with the current market values of real property.

I heard about it many times in the past but was hesitate to learn about it as it looked highly risky and competitive (you don’t get to do inspections, buy as-is, can’t enter the house until after you buy it, and so on).
