It would obviously be a lot cheaper to install electric baseboard especially considering one of the 2 bedrooms already has some electric baseboards installed in it.The house is in a nice neighborhood for the town it is located and is on a cul de sac with a fenced in yard (.25 acres) and the apartments are large 2-bedrooms for the area as well.My question is 2-fold:1.

The latter will dictate price.We installed a couple of the less expensive 'chinese' sinks & after 3 years rusting is occurring as is wear of the 'surface stainless'.
