I do not want the hardwired combo (more expensive and complicated to install) - From what I've read, hardwiring is required for multi-family housing, but I don't see that it is for single family residential.

As you can imagine they were displeased that they were served a 30 day notice as they just signed to continue tenancy on a MTM basis.

Has anyone had experience with this issue and know a way to get a good insurance policy that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? 

This is especially useful if you’re unable to make monthly payments or prefer to reinvest funds into the project.
