Built in 1997 - in good conditionThe town is about 45 miles North of Columbus, OH (where I live).

The only thing he could justify his comment was that we don't know where the market will go with SFH due to development in the Columbus, Ohio area.

I am retired military veteran looking for advice and guidance in renting properties to military members in the greater Columbus/Ft Benning GA area. 

Either by buying an empty land or buying an old house, demolish and build a new one.So we are looking for other investors who already did some new builds to get some insights and get their expertise on the path, the lessons they learned, and eventually some tips, that of course would like to share their knowledge :)Thank you we sell a floorplan in columbus ohio that builds on a 42' wide lot. you can buy infill lots for 10k-20k in our market. we build to deliver homes under 400k which is less than the median new build of 500k in our market. just my 2 cents that's where the volume is at.

Are there any Military investors in Columbus, Georgia?
