Close to Medical Campus, Arizona State Univ and pro sports arenas How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We've rented to a few traveling medical people (nurses, imaging technicians, medevac pilot, etc) and did it via Airbnb.

I am looking to rent to travel nurses (or medical pros) but wondering if there is a source of info of which hospitals have the most need from travel nurses.

Also what other alternatives are there if I'm primarily looking for those in the medical fields? 

There are several late payments and one item (a tiny medical bill overlooked) that went to collections and was paid immediately when she realized she had not paid it. 

I think units furnished with modern comfort but local personality would do well with film industry people, traveling nurses, families of hospital patients, and possibly medical residents.Also, we're getting an Amazon fulfillment center, so that should be good.
