If there are bus tours, join them.After going to at least 10 events over a month you should be able to distinguish who talks a big game and who actually does the deals.

id hold your stocks, its a long term game similar to real estate, these dips happen as you know how this goes!

The drawbacks are some sellers will be put off by this type of loan, they feel you have no skin in the game.

If we reduce leverage we may get lower cash returns however we do increase our ability to 'stay in the game' and not be forced sellers should rental rates decrease or vacancies rise.

I have a few target properties and would love any advice for someone looking to invest with low and no money, but a good business plan and another property finishing up so I would have some skin in the game.
