My mother is going to move in soon, but I am afraid my freeloading siblings will move in and they will have squatters rights or I will have to legally evict them and want to avoid that hassle.

Hi Everyone, I am purchasing my first SFH, and I plan to live there for a year and share 2 rooms with 2 other tenants, to reduce the cost.

Admittedly I am a tracker and love to analyze mundane things like burn down rates to predict when I need to bring more supplies to the property.
