Going to do some more research as a post mortem to try and figure out what went wrong. 

It's not an easy job learning a new skill set this company is looking for people that can turn in a lot of files per month and does not want people who can not provide that..I did my research on this company and thought it was a reputable company obviously I was wrong.

There may be something very wrong with it.I wouldn't overthink this.

To me, the margins seem really thin, and unless you've done a similar project like this before with this contractor, this is a risky project where things you expect will inevitably go wrong. 

All three of these markets are great, so you can't go wrong investing in any of them.

Sounds like selected the wrong management company that was gun shy and cost you a lot of money.
