I love this target rich listing in woodland park Colorado.  

I live in SW Philadelphia on 52nd Woodland which is within walking distance from University City.

But went to High School in the Woodlands and parents still live there.

The street that I bought on is seeing some heavy renovations and it attracts mostly graduate students due to the low-key neighborhood.Had an offer accepted on a duplex in Woodland park!

It's also 10 mins from the Woodlands which is considered where the really rich live in my area so I think there might be a potential for growth.
