I explained to the other realtor (in writing so she could show her sellers) that our offer was reflective of the deferred maintenance & remodeling (approx 25k worth) needed to make optimal living conditions in the houses.Who knows if the explanation with the offer will get them down, but it was definitely a point worth bringing up.  Right
