I am not going to stop wholesaling, flipping and buying properties, but now there is an additional way to solve real estate problems for people and get paid (cheerfully) for doing it congrats.there was a post on BP a while ago nice young couple just north of New Oreleans.. all excited about traditional wholesaling they had sent out thousands of mailers spend lots of time energy and money on it..they went on to say they had yet to find a deal good enough.. but had referred 6 or more people to their friend an agent who went on to list and sell them.. and as you know you cant pay unlicensed folks a referral fee as an agent.. so there they are spending all this money and making zero..

NRS 645.280 says it's illegal for a licensed broker or salesperson to pay a finder's fee to an unlicensed person.

Insurance companies are tightening the screws to contractors and even sending them to jail under what is called Unlicensed Practice of Public Adjusting.This would be a great option.

I try not to hire unlicensed/uninsured people to do jobs which might require a permit....but stuff happens and I've had some bigger jobs done by these guys.

Account Closed At least here in MA - and I think in most states - it's illegal for a licensed person to pay an unlicensed person any sort of commission, finder's fee or anything along those lines.

Agents will always hate you, (except for me...I kinda like you) because you’re stealing their business and you’re unlicensed, which is a hoop agents had to jump through.
