I applaud you for putting it out there but 1) maintenance/cap ex is far too low for a duplex 2) no PM. 3) vacancy at 1% will be challenging if achieving near market rent.

I navigate through cities and towns, identifying areas that are both friendly and challenging for STRs.

This is probably why you want to bring equity back into your US business and any other investor might make the same choice as you.I brought up the challenges to come up with the solution, which was my last paragraph.
