Had to re-plant new trees as well as make substantial donation for each missing tree to a City sponsored tree planting program.All said and done, it was worth it to me but it is quite painful to be held responsible for stuff the previous owner did over several decades.  

I've had to sand floors, re-prime all walls, and even have the walls all re-textured one time because the odors (from dogs) had gotten into the drywall....Good luck!

If he's looking for smaller jobs piecemeal jobs, I've got a property that need a someone who can work through a punch list (hang doors, texture, paint, minor repairs).

You won't get anything from the tenant but also won't get legislation to change based on the first interaction with your elected officials but you will plant a seed and you will have a lever to pull to vent to with someone who might actually be able to drive change! 

And landscaping, planting and seeding grass will have to wait.

I live in a small, quiet, gated, 17 unit Townhome in Valrico and the rules do not allow anyone to plant Flowers in the Garden.

A lot of other callers seemed so hyped up they almost seemed like they were planted there intentionally.

Like @Michael Plante mentioned above we typically wait a couple days.

Replaced the back porch/deck, painted inside and outside, put new carpet in it, added raised planter boxes and added plants around the front of the house.
