My athletic career could be 100% summarized by the latter.

I especially liked episode 4 because having a summarized explanation from a reliable source on what the Fed is currently doing (related to interest rates and macroeconomics) and why they do things is beneficial to understanding what opportunities might look like in the near-term future.

@Bonnie Low I definitely looked at both those markets the big things that attracted me to Columbus was the positive influxes of people coming to the City and the growth of the City (new children’s hospital and rogue fitness expansion and other growth coming in) witch from my research of Cleveland and Toledo wasn’t seeing as much.I guess to summarize my answer I chose Columbus because from my research I can capture appreciation and cash flow.

So to summarize SC bidding process, you bid up from the starting amount.

We definitely need to go through all the financials, but some written communication summarizing how the property is doing, where they're at in the value-add process, and any info good or bad, would be greatly appreciated.  

To summarize for my understanding: You have $325K in cash and HELOC. 

Just to summarize- Weekend Only (maybe evenings during the week a bit, but Part time overall)- Exposure to real estate investments/transactions/management - Opportunity to meet new people / be social - (Ideally) in the Phoenix metro areaIn case it's important - I have a Bachelors Degree from a well recognized private institution (non-business related), have worked in professional capacities for major start ups/small businesses for over 12 years
