Typically a landing page or web form asking the subscriber to commit to the next level. 

Auckland has the strongest population, price and rent growth in the country. following to that i would look at outer Auckland or Hamilton.I suggest you subscribe to the NZ Property investor magazine, (can read it online or tablet too) to stay informed about the market and the general NZ Property sector.
